After the attack in Vyshneve, near Kyiv, authorities urged residents not to go outside. Evacuations are under way in some areas.
According to local authorities, there remains a threat of repeated detonation of explosive objects that could go off at any moment.
“We ask all residents of the community and businesses not to go to their workplaces or remain outdoors. Specifically, this applies to Kyivska, Sviatoshynska, Parkova, Lesi Ukrainky, Yevropeiska, Balukova, Zaliznychna, and Pivdenna streets. We ask everyone to remain in shelters until a separate notice is issued that the danger has passed,” the city community said.
Local authorities said all emergency and operational services had been deployed to deal with the consequences of the attack.
