Russia’s Foreign Ministry announced the start of “systematic sequential strikes” against Kyiv following a Ukrainian strike on Starobilsk and urged foreign nationals to leave the Ukrainian capital.
In its statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said the strike on Starobilsk had “overflowed Moscow’s cup of patience.”
“Under the current circumstances, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are beginning the systematic sequential targeting of enterprises belonging to Ukraine’s military-industrial complex in Kyiv, including specific facilities involved in the design, production, programming, and preparation for the use of UAVs employed by the Kyiv regime with the assistance of NATO specialists responsible for supplying components, providing intelligence, and targeting support,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
The ministry also said strikes would target “decision-making centers and command posts.”
The Russian side claimed that facilities linked to Ukraine’s military infrastructure are “dispersed throughout Kyiv” and, in this connection, advised foreign nationals to “leave the city as soon as possible.”
The Russian Foreign Ministry also urged Kyiv residents to “avoid approaching facilities belonging to the military and administrative infrastructure of the Zelensky regime.”
