Russian forces launched a missile strike on Kyiv. The attack caused major fires in the city.
According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, an administrative building, warehouse premises, and a garage cooperative caught fire in the Sviatoshynskyi district.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said warehouse premises were burning in the Desnianskyi district after a missile strike. In the Sviatoshynskyi district, he said, a fire broke out in a nonresidential building.
An administrative building and city trams were also damaged.
