The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a missile strike on Voronezh. The Telegram channel Baza, which is close to Russian security forces, also wrote about the missile attack.
Voronezh region Governor Alexander Gusev said at 11:40 a.m. Moscow time that a missile threat had been declared in the region.
The target of the attack was the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant. Ukrainian intelligence says the enterprise, among other things, produces parts for missiles.
