Russia is closing railway border checkpoints on its borders with Latvia, Finland and Estonia.
A Russian government order says that from July 1, the movement of individuals, all types of vehicles and the transfer of goods and cargo through these border crossings will be completely halted.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry has been instructed to notify the authorities of Latvia, Estonia and Finland of the decision.
