A fire broke out in Moscow’s Kapotnya district near the refinery, OSINT analysts reported.
Before that, a missile alert had been declared in Moscow region, while Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that five drones had been shot down.
Moscow’s emergency services ministry, however, denied that there was a fire at the refinery. According to the agency, no incidents were recorded on the plant’s grounds.
On June 16, monitoring resources had already reported an attack by a Liutyi drone on Moscow’s largest refinery, located in Kapotnya.
