The Moscow region came under drone attack overnight. The most serious damage was reported in Podolsk, Domodedovo and the Odintsovo urban district, regional governor Vorobyov said.
Several private homes and civilian infrastructure sites were damaged, and fires broke out in several locations. Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured.
Russian opposition social-media channels claim that the strikes caused fires at a warehouse in Domodedovo’s Southern Gates industrial complex and an oil depot in Podolsk.
There were also reports of an attack on Wildberries’ Koledino logistics center in Podolsk. The company, however, said the facility was operating normally. Employees were evacuated during the air-raid alert but later returned to work.
