The TCC employee who struck a man at the start of yesterday’s conflict in Lviv is local martial-arts coach Roman Udut, local public channels report.
It was after this episode, according to eyewitnesses, that the protest began.
Some public channels write that Udut “is not a serviceman, but agreed to catch men for money.” There has so far been no official confirmation of this information.
