The mass protest against the TCC in Lviv began after one of the military enlistment officers ran out of a car and, without cause, struck a passing young man from behind.
After that, a crowd gathered around the TCC vehicle and blocked it. In footage recorded when the protest was already in full swing, shots can be heard fired into the air—probably by police.
By that point, enraged civilians were tearing clothing off the enlistment officer and striking him.
The Lviv TCC, as usual in such cases, limited itself to saying that it was examining the circumstances of the incident. The timeline for the so-called review and the publication of its results, of course, were not specified.
