Search-and-rescue operations have been completed at the site of the collapsed section of a residential building damaged in a Russian attack in Kyiv. The announcement was made by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.
The operation in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district lasted more than 28 hours. According to the interior minister, rescuers cleared more than 3,000 cubic meters of debris and destroyed structures.
“At this moment, the deaths of 24 people have been confirmed, including three children. Forty-eight people were injured,” Klymenko said.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko уточнил, that the victims included a 12-year-old girl as well as girls aged 15 and 17.
Following the end of the search operation, State Emergency Service units began emergency recovery work at the site of the destroyed building.
