The director of a kindergarten in Kryvyi Rih, who was the first to report the mobilization of a single father and kept his child at her home overnight, was allegedly pressured to resign and had 40% of her salary cut, social-media user Viktoria Humeniuk wrote.
According to her, she was told this by a relative of the director. Humeniuk claims the teacher was summoned to the city council and asked to submit a resignation letter of her own accord. She refused.
The Department of Education and Science of the Kryvyi Rih Executive Committee has already responded to the reports. It said the published information was untrue.
Earlier, after the case drew attention on social media, the father was released from a military unit so that he could apply for a deferment. The territorial recruitment center had said he was not entitled to one.
