According to the latest data from Venezuelan authorities, at least 920 people were killed in two devastating underground tremors that occurred on June 24. Another 3,360 people were injured.
More than 51,000 people are listed as missing.
Rescue teams from Mexico, El Salvador and other countries have arrived in the country. The United States has promised to allocate $150 million in aid to Venezuela and ease sanctions on the country.
The earthquake was the strongest in Venezuela in more than 100 years. According to the UN, direct damage amounted to $6.7 billion.
