Andriy Babenko, a member of the Odesa Regional Council representing Yulia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna party, used profane language in a video address to urge users to subscribe to his son’s TikTok account and threatened consequences for those who refused.

The video was published on the politician’s son’s page.

“So, heads up. Subscribe to Samson. Otherwise, fucking hell, someone’s going to end up red, fucked up, and beaten. Did you hear me or not?”—he said, addressing the TikTok audience.

The video also shows Babenko coaching his son to speak more aggressively.

“And don’t screw with me, fucking hell. I’m not here to play games, fucking hell. Right, son? Talk tough, for fuck’s sake. You clowns, did you hear me or not, fucking hell? Get over here and subscribe, all of you, for fuck’s sake. Faster, fucking hell,”—the lawmaker said while recording the joint video with his son.
