In the village of Ratne in Volyn region, recruitment centre officers stormed onto private property during an attempted forced mobilisation and beat a man.
Published footage shows that the recruitment centre representatives arrived in two vehicles, one of which drove into the yard. According to the available information, they were carrying out mobilisation measures during which a conflict broke out.
After the men managed to drive the recruitment centre officers off the property and they left, shouts could be heard in the yard—from the man they were said to have beaten.
