One person was killed in a strike on a kindergarten in Kharkiv, the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, said.
Footage shows children being evacuated from the building after the impact. According to Terekhov, all pupils were in a shelter and were not physically harmed, though many are showing signs of acute stress.
