Russian military channels write that Ukraine is carrying out a counterstrike at the junction of Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions—east of the Vovcha River and south of Novopavlivka. According to them, the 7th Air Assault Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was deployed to this axis the day before.
Russian sources claim that Ukrainian forces are now trying to gain a foothold in this area. Later, according to their version, the Armed Forces of Ukraine could threaten a strike from there into the rear of the left flank of Russia’s Vostok grouping, which is advancing farther south—in the area of Huliaipole.
Ukrainian resources have not confirmed any such recent advance. The 7th Air Assault Corps also has not reported an offensive in this sector.
At the same time, a large gray zone—that is, an area of fighting—has indeed appeared on Deep State’s map in this sector. However, these changes were recorded a month ago, and Ukrainian sources have not reported any new advances here recently.
At the same time, Russian channels claim that Russian forces are advancing north of Huliaipole—toward Liubytske, through which Ukraine’s defensive line runs. According to them, the offensive is moving along converging axes from Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhna Tersa and farther south—from Zheleznodorozhne.
Ukrainian military channels have not recorded such an advance by Russian troops.
