Four people were killed and another 15 injured in a massive Russian strike involving missiles and drones on the Kyiv region during the night of March 14. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
Four districts of the region came under attack. The most severe destruction was recorded in the Obukhiv and Brovary districts. In total, more than 30 sites were damaged—including residential apartment buildings and private homes, educational institutions, critical infrastructure facilities, industrial and warehouse premises, as well as vehicles.

According to the outlet Insider.ua, one of the targets of the attack was the Trypilska thermal power plant. In addition, a strike hit a substation in Nalyvaikivka, through which Kyiv’s power system is connected to the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant.
Emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv and in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region.
