Russia has resumed long-range strikes against Ukraine. Several regions reported hits on residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.
In Kyiv, according to Timur Tkachenko, head of the city’s military administration, drone debris fell onto the roof of a 16-story residential building in the Obolon district. A fire broke out at the scene and was later extinguished. The building’s roof was damaged.
In the Kyiv region, local authorities said residential buildings and civilian infrastructure came under attack. In the Fastiv district, the roof of a kindergarten caught fire. Windows were blown out in a nearby four-story building, while two private houses were also damaged.
In Dnipro, one person was injured following the morning attack. Authorities reported a fire and damage to transport infrastructure.
In Pavlohrad, a drone struck a multi-story residential building.
The Shahed drone attack is ongoing.
