On the morning of July 1 in Kherson, two people were killed and seven others wounded in a drone attack on a minibus, said Yaroslav Shanko, head of the city military administration.
According to him, the strike occurred at around 6:55 a.m. in the city’s Central district. Two people were killed at the scene; their identities are being established.
Seven injured people either sought medical help or were taken to hospitals: women aged 57, 55, 53, 53 and 52, as well as men aged 36 and 52.
Among the wounded is the senior nurse of the neurology department at the regional children’s hospital. All of the injured were diagnosed with blast injuries.
Shanko said public transport in Kherson remains one of the priority targets for Russian forces.
