Iran announced the resumption of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
“In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, passage for all commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz is hereby declared fully open for the remaining duration of the ceasefire along the agreed route, as previously announced by the Ports and Maritime Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on X.
