U.S. intelligence believes Iran is rebuilding its military capabilities faster than expected after the war with the United States and Israel. According to CNN, Tehran partially resumed drone production just weeks after the ceasefire came into effect.
American officials estimate that Iran could restore a significant portion of its drone manufacturing capacity within roughly six months, despite large-scale strikes on the country’s military infrastructure.
Intelligence assessments also indicate that a substantial portion of Iran’s missile and drone-related infrastructure survived the attacks. That includes underground facilities, production sites, and launch systems.
Those findings partially contradict earlier public statements by U.S. military officials, who had claimed that Iran had lost a significant share of its defense industry and its ability to manufacture missiles and drones.
