A senior Iranian official told Al Jazeera that Tehran considers all facilities in the region linked to Israel and the United States to be legitimate military targets. According to him, “after this act of aggression, there are no red lines, and anything is possible—including scenarios that were previously not contemplated.”
The source stressed that, in Iran’s assessment, the United States and Israel have initiated an act of aggression and a war with broad and long-term consequences. He added that Tehran was not surprised by the joint US-Israeli actions and has a comprehensive response at its disposal, unconstrained by any timeline.
