Fuel prices in Germany have risen by an average of 16% over the past week, DW reports.
As of this morning, the average price of diesel fuel across Germany stands at €2.054 per liter. Super E10 gasoline was selling at an average of €1.991 per liter at the morning peak.
At some filling stations, fuel prices have exceeded €2.5 per liter.
