The HUR-affiliated Bratstvo unit, linked to Dmytro Korchynskyi, has acknowledged the practice of forcibly seizing men for mobilization in frontline areas—including directly from their homes. Within the battalion, such individuals are referred to as “livestock.”
The statement by the unit’s commander, Oleksii Serediuk (call sign “Borhese”), was published by the Kyiv Regional TCC.
Quote in the screenshot: “Those who oppose the TCC are enemies of Ukraine.”

“Those who fight against the TCC, criticize it, comment on it, obstruct it, or spread related content online (and thus disrupt mobilization) are enemies of Ukraine and more dangerous than a Russian soldier. At least I can shoot at the latter. We all understand that at a critical moment (unfortunately, it will come), mobilization will be carried out by combat battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine—as has happened many times in history. I will laugh wholeheartedly. Our battalion, operating in a frontline zone, personally dragged every draft evader we encountered out of their homes. Of course, provocateurs in the rear will smear tears about how you supposedly cannot pull draft evaders out of their homes by their legs. But I will remind you that if the enemy succeeds in certain sectors, it will take this livestock into its own army, and they will fight for the Russian Federation. Naturally, there are many opinions on this in the rear. But I look forward, with enthusiasm, to the moment when we stop paying attention to these opinions altogether,” Serediuk said.
The Kyiv Regional TCC removed the post several hours later.
Earlier, the Bratstvo’s leader, Korchynskyi, publicly urged TCC personnel to shoot people who resist mobilization.
“I look forward to the moment when the TCC begin returning fire. I think they are afraid to do so because if you shoot an attacker, you will then simply be destroyed by your superiors, the public, and the political leadership,” Korchynskyi said.
