Finland has allowed the import and deployment of nuclear weapons on its territory.
The country’s president signed amendments to the Nuclear Energy Act and the Criminal Code. They allow the import and storage of nuclear weapons in Finland for the purposes of the country’s military defense, NATO collective defense and defense cooperation.
