A four-story residential building in Dnipro was partially destroyed in a Russian attack, leaving people dead and injured.
According to him, at least three people were killed. The number of injured has risen to 21, including children. Rescue workers are continuing to clear the rubble at the strike site.

Overnight on April 25, Russian forces also attacked Odesa with strike drones. As regional governor Oleh Kiper said, two people were injured, while residential buildings and port infrastructure were damaged.
The total number of wounded now exceeds 30, with casualties reported in the Chernihiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv regions. “The Russians’ tactics have not changed: attack drones, cruise missiles, and a substantial share of ballistic weapons. Most of the targets are ordinary urban infrastructure,” he said, urging allies to strengthen Ukraine’s air-defense system.
Ukraine’s Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said eight regions of the country had come under attack. In Nizhyn, in the Chernihiv region, two people were killed. In the Kharkiv region, four people were injured, including an 18-month-old child.
