A Ukrainian court has upheld the claim of Morgenstern’s former partner, from whom the tax authorities had sought to recover more than 1.6 million hryvnias over income earned on OnlyFans, according to Ukrainski Novyny.
The court registry contains a ruling by the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court, which invalidated the tax assessment notices issued against the nude model.
The case concerns Ukrainian adult content creator Yelyzaveta Vasylenko, who was previously in a relationship with Russian rapper Alisher Morgenstern.
According to the case materials, in October 2024 the tax service said it had received information from the competent British authorities showing that Vasylenko had earned $179,942 on OnlyFans. On that basis, she was ordered to pay 1.6 million hryvnias into Ukraine’s state budget.
Vasylenko’s defense argued that her actual income was lower and that she had been living permanently in the Czech Republic since July 2021, calling into question her status as a Ukrainian tax resident.
The court pointed to procedural violations in the audit, annulled all tax assessment notices, and ordered the tax service to reimburse Vasylenko 14,376 hryvnias in court fees.
